Conflict of Interest Disclosure and Waiver: In the interest of transparency, this disclosure and waiver clarifies that there are board members who receive payment for services provided to Westfield Village CIA. These payments are for services rendered that would be normally charged by a management company. In all cases, these payments are substantially less than what would be charged by an outside vendor; and the quality of service provided is greater than what would have been provided by a third party.
