Homeowner's Annual Dues
Annual dues are $390.00, billed out in November and due by January 31st. If a resident is current on their HOA dues; payments towards the next year's dues are accepted. Westfield Village CIA works with the payment processor RentPayment from MRI Software (formally DuesPayments). This payment processor specializes in collecting HOA dues and gives more payment options for our community members (e.g. AutoPay & Payment Reminders). Some residents have received fake notices and request to make due and/or fee payments through social media sites such as Facebook. Westfield Village CIA reminds residents that it will never accept payments through any social media site. Residents are encouraged to report any suspicious notice or request. Please note that any notices for dues and/or fees are sent out via USPS. Residents should only make payments through our RentPayment portal or in the other manners described below.

Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit/Debit Cards accepted in person at our physical office Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM located at 4919 Westfield Village Dr. (next to pool). Residents can use the convenient drop slot at this office anytime.
